Hi, welcome to my website. I am a graphic designer working in Melbourne Australia but this site is mainly about my other interest and passion, photography. I have been taking photos since high school (a long time ago), where it was available as an elective subject and remain fascinated by the whole process. Taking the picture, the development, the chemistry, the darkroom, the equipment, the lot. I lean towards shooting on film still because I like to see and hold the processed images, the best camera though is always the one you have with you. Pic in this section: Kings Cross in the eighties from a night photography assignment at high school.
However, why take all these photos if nobody ever sees them? They live as prints and negatives filed away in boxes or files on a hard drive, but what else. So this is the what else. Here is my website which presents a selection of my photography to the world. Hopefully there is something interesting to you. Galleries show images and the blog is for stories with lots of photos thrown in.
Please try to refrain from ripping off images, they all remain copyright. If you like an image want a print or want to use one in a project, contact me and we can discuss.

I thought about it, but I have a bit on this year so I wont be heading down. I did go and dig out the rolls that I shot at the 1999...
In May my brother came down from Sydney for a visit. We went camping but he had a couple of days in Melbourne beforehand to check out the sights. I jumped a V-line down to Melbourne and spent one of the days wandering around with him, checking out the sites, and taking some photos of course. One o...
Back with part six. This series shows images from my trip to Sydney in Feb. In case you missed the enthralling story to this point, you can find part one here, part two here, part three here, part four here and part five here.
So the final stop on the road trip back to Melbourne was L...
Just the photos, short on words. Photography is a sort of time machine, it grabs a moment in time and encapsulates it into film. If there is a blog post about a series of photos, I'll link it so that if you are interested, you can read something about what was going on. Otherwise jump in, choose a destination and I'll take you somewhere pretty, or at the least somewhere ugly but interesting.
